HOW DID YOU BECOME INVOLVED: I wanted to spend time volunteering with a local group of people who make a difference on the North Shore. SOBC–North Shore was a no brainer. I’m so excited you accepted me into the community!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT VOLUNTEERING: Getting the chance to highlight the amazing stories of our athletes. The amount of hard work and determination that each athlete puts into their sports deserves widespread recognition.
MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT OR EVENT AS A VOLUNTEER: The end of our Diamond Gala when the athletes broke out into Gangnam Style on-stage. I learned a thing or two from some of the moves up there!
