YEARS INVOLVED WITH SPECIAL OLYMPICS: This will be my second year volunteering with Special Olympics.
WHAT IS YOUR VOLUNTEER POSITION: I volunteer with Sport Start Basketball, 5 Pin Bowling and wish to volunteer with Softball and Soccer.
HOW DID YOU BECOME INVOLVED: My cousin is an athlete and his sisters also volunteer.
MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT OR EVENT AS A VOLUNTEER: My most memorable event would have to be the walkathon last year. I got to see all the athletes together and meet some of the other volunteers. It was an awesome experience and I hope there are more to come!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT VOLUNTEERING: I love getting to meet the athletes and seeing them enjoy doing the sports always puts a smile on my face!
