Another Regional Qualifier under our belt…our 5 pin qualifier was a terrific success! Putting together such an event is a culmination of many people’s efforts, which, of course, means many thanks are in order. We would like to thank the following:

DIVISION 1
1st Place: North Shore #2, Nancy Wilson, Melanie Caulder, Emilie Narcise, Carissa Ranson and Lynn McGuire with 216 Points Over Average.
2nd Place: North Shore #10, Sangeon Yoo, Jeff Keast, Jeremy Sellars, Marg Hope and Karen Lu with 123 Points Over Average.
3rd Place: North Shore #4, Betty Huckfield, Barb Menzies, Lindsay Hall, Rafael Greenaway and Adam Marriott with 120 Points Over Average.
High Male Single: Jay MacInnes of SOBC – North Shore with 60 Points Over Average.
High Male Triple: Jeff Keast of SOBC – North Shore with 67 Points Over Average.
High Female Single: Emilie Narcise of SOBC – North Shore with 52 Points Over Average.
High Female Triple: Melanie Caulder of SOBC – North Shore with 104 Points Over Average.
DIVISION 2
1st Place: North Shore #6, Lisa Wortley, Sheila Lim, Vicki Mooney and Erin Knowlton with 136 Points Over Average.
2nd Place: North Shore #7, Scott Hjortoy, John Ward-Hall, Jeff Westmoreland, Nimet Salemohamed, and LouAnn Berglof with 105 Points Over Average.
3rd Place: North Shore #11, Gallagher Stevens, Graham Kidd, Gary Jones, Jeanne Slight and Norbie Puls with 57 Points Over Average.
High Male Single: Octavio Campese of SOBC – Vancouver with 44 Points Over Average.
High Male Triple: John Ward-Hall of SOBC – North Shore with 66 Points Over Average.
High Female Single: Erin Knowlton of SOBC – North Shore with 46 Points Over Average.
High Female Triple: Lisa Wortley of SOBC – North Shore with 79 Points Over Average.
Congratulations to not only our athletes and locals but also to Neil of North Shore Bowl who was the winner of our 50/50 raffle. Neil took home $110 as did SOBC – North Shore.
The day was an excellent one. We look forward to hearing who will qualify for Provincial Games!
